Watch! Radiohead – The Daily Mail (Live at Bonnaroo). Bonus: News on Charity for Killed Drum Tech, Scott Johnson

Two pieces of Radiohead news for you today. The first is that the excellent song, The Daily Mail, which couldn’t crack The King of Limbs but was released as a post-album single, has an unofficial live video. The video is made by Noisey and is a series of pictures and videos from their recent performance at Bonnaroo, in Manchester, Tennessee – or so we’re lead to believe. Check it out and re-live the memories (or experience them for the first time, especially those drugged out attendees).

News piece the second. The Radiohead drum tech, Scott Johnson, who tragically died in Toronto in June has a charity set up in his name (via NME). The Scott Johnson Bursary will be for his hometown of Rotherha, UK, and will help fund music equipment. Phil Selway posted on Radiohead’s Facebook page:

“Over the past couple of months, a number of people have asked if there is anything they can do in memory of Scott. Scott’s parents have now created the Scott Johnson Bursary Fund for Young Musicians. This will fund musical equipment for young people in Rotherham in the UK, where Scott grew up.”
