Toronto Radiohead Concert Cancelled After Stage Collapse Leaves 1 Dead

Tonight’s Radiohead concert at Downsview Park in Toronto has been cancelled after the stage collapsed this afternoon, killing one person and injuring at least three others (via CBC.ca).

This is very sad news and our thoughts here at PHM go out to the loved ones of those lost and injured. You never want to see something like this happen. I hope they can find out what caused this stage to come down to hopefully prevent this tragedy from ever happening in the future.
