Watch! ultraísta – smalltalk

Radiohead producer (and producer of my favourite album, OK Computer) Nigel Godrich has decided he likes have no free time and has joined a band. Nigel has worked with Radiohead since OK Computer, as well as helping Beck, Paul McCartney, Air, and others with his production talents. He’s also a member of Thom Yorke’s live band, Atoms for Peace. Now, according to Pitchfork, he’s gone off and started a band. The band is called ultraísta and also consists of L.A. drummer/producer Joey Waronker and Laura Bettison, who is a artist from London.

They have a video for their first song, which is a solid debut. It has an electronica and synth vibe to it, with Laura’s pop vocals complimenting the feeling of the song nicely. Check it out below.
