Watch a Preview of Damon Albarn’s Apple Carts

Damon Albarn (you know, that guy from a million bands) is about to launch a soundtrack from his opera Dr. Dee. You can hear most of the song Apple Carts in a featurette video below. I’m sure fans would rather have the song play in full rather than some high level, artsy talk about the opera, but we’ll take what we can get. It reminds me of the sound and feel of Damon’s work with The Good, the Bad, and the Queen. Watch it and see I’m right (spoiler alert: I am!).
