Watch! Childish Gambino – Heartbeat

Do you know Childish Gambino? He’s a rapper who took his name from a Wu-Tang Clan name generator! That’s the opposite of street cred! You might know Childish Gambino as actor/writer Donald Glover, of Community (Troy) and 30 Rock (writer/bit part) fame. Like every actor, Donald wishes he were a musician. Heck, he even raps about it in his new song, Heartbeat. It turns out Donald, er, Childish Gambino, has a pretty good knack for the art, too. He sort of sounds like an unpolished Kanye West, and doesn’t hold back on the dirty words, either.

You can watch his new video for Heartbeat, which is NSFW because of language (the specific words, not the fact that it is English).
